Black Butler, V.01 ~ Deep Dish Apple and Raisin Pie

Black Butler, V.01 ~ Christmas Dinner

Unfortunately, I don't have enough knowledge of what's actually on the table to be able to hunt down recipes.  The one on the left is obviously a roast bird of some sort...but it looks too small to be a turkey.  The domed dish appears to be a custard or ice cream of some sort and the darker, sloped dish with holly leaves, is probably some type of gelatin or similar molded food item.  Any suggestions as to what they might actually be would be more than welcome.  :)

Sandwich cookies can be found in all kinds of varieties, but here's a few that not only look good, but also look at least a bit like the ones pictured.

Gelatin Molds - Most of the decent molds I found were on eBay, so it seems silly to link to them.  However I did find a few unique gelatin recipes to put in the mold of your choice.

I actually found a wonderful Dia de los Muertos site that not only sells molds so you can make your own edible skull, but also has recipes and all the other supplies needed - you can even buy a pre-made sugar skull if you're not feeling up to making your own.  They also have step-by-step instructions for making them out of sugar or chocolate!  :)

I also found a few great sites for making sugar rosescandied roses, and other candied flowers.

Black Butler, V.01 ~ Gyu Tataki

This dish actually appears to be a combination of two dishes - Gyuu Tataki and Donburi.  Gyu Tataki is generally just sliced beef seasoned and seared, like in this recipe here

Donburi typically consists of a bowl of rice topped with a variety of meat and/or veggies, like the recipe here.

Black Butler, V.01 ~ Poached Salmon and Mint Salad, Scones

I couldn't find an exact recipe for the salmon dish; however I did find quite a few that were similar and sounded pretty yummy!

As for the scones, there are all kinds of recipes for those depending on what you want - as can be seen on the Joy of Baking website

The Pain de Campagne, which is mentioned, but not shown, is French for "country bread"; it typically comes in a large, rounded loaf and tastes similar to American Sourdough.  There are many recipes available for it, as well, but this one claims to be for "beginners".
