A New Fascination

So...I've recently become fascinated by the depictions of food found in both anime and manga.  Why?  I don't really know.  ^_^;  However, somewhere along the way I decided that I wanted to document what I could and I thought it would be cool to turn it into a blog in case others were interested as well.

I'm not sure exactly where I'm going to be going with this...so, I'm going to play things by ear - listen to feedback from anyone who wanders by - and just see what happens.

In the meantime - here are some possible uses for this site:

• A chance to examine & possibly cook the same meals, snacks, treats, drinks, etc. as your favorite anime/manga characters
• Reference for creating the ultimate cosplay outfit complete with your character's favorite food - either real or possibly crocheted (a la amigurumi)
• Reference for creating cute food-related artwork

I'm sure there are other things it could be used for...but those are all I could think of off the top of my head.  ^_^;
